Two‑Piece Aluminium Alloy Cable Clamp for 30‑160 mm LV & HV Cables

The material provides stable corrosion resistance, flame retardancy and UV resistance, ensuring long-term service in indoor and outdoor power and piping environments. With a dielectric strength above 10 kV/mm and tensile strength above 100 MPa, the product firmly secures three-core power cables. Its smooth and non-conductive surface improves installation safety and avoids electrical risks during operation.

Features, Application and Installation

This FRP trefoil clamp features a non-conductive and smooth surface, suitable for standard installation requirements in electrical and piping industries. It supports bolt and screw mounting methods and fits various installation bases such as cable trays and support structures. The clamp covers cable diameters from 35mm to 120mm.

The product adapts to both indoor and outdoor working conditions and maintains stable performance under normal temperature changes and harsh environmental conditions.
